DENA POITIER, ACCOUNT MANAGER
Dena joined Consolidated Medical Travel in 2022 as the Credentialing Specialist and was promoted to Account Manager in January 2024 . In the Account Manager role, she communicates with vendor managed service providers where she reviews, submits and is crucial in negotiating and securing RN Travel assignments on behalf of the agency. She manages each recruiter in an effort to maintain the highest quality in submissions and client relationships. Dena is focused on building key relationships with our clients to gain access to the best opportunities available for our travelers. She is also instrumental in day-to-day operations, compliance, and payroll.
Prior to joining Consolidated Medical Travel, Dena spent 12 years in the home health industry serving in roles such as State Operations Director, Agency Director, HR Manager, Regional Branch Manager, as well as Sales and Marketing.
