Base Compensation
Hourly Taxable Earnings + Tax Free Lodging, Meals & Incidental Expenses
Referral Bonus
Refer a nurse and they successfully complete a minimum 8 week assignment = $500
Extension Bonus
Extend an assignment for a minimum of 8 weeks with a gap of less than 14 days = $500
Travel Nurse Pay – When considering whether Travel nursing is right for you, compensation is ultimately a deciding factor. There are many variables to consider when making the jump from a staff nurse to a travel nurse or just accepting your next assignment. High demand specialties and locations often offer the highest pay. The time of year and reason for the opening will also impact the pay being offered.
